"I arrived at the drive-thru around 9:24 and ordered the Mudslide Mocha Chiller. Nathan served me at the window and honestly, he was amazing. He greeted me with such a warm attitude, took my payment, and had a quick friendly chat — all in less than a minute, but it really made me feel welcome. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this store, and I have to say, all the staff here are amazing and so well trained. Everyone is always friendly and the customer service is consistently great. Big thanks to the team, and especially to Nathan — he’s a gem!"

"I only come here for the Acai and so glad I don’t have to go far to get good quality. The Acai here are one of the best I’ve had, and consistently good every-time. Shame not all Gloria Jeans have them Photos show a plain cup and bowl, no extras, everything included"

"Best presentation and tastiest biscoff chiller I’ve ever had. Its a bit hard for staff to hear us through the drive through mic but they try their best and are incredibly patient and generous with the flavour of their drinks"
